Welcome to the VOiCE

We’re really pleased to have now launched the latest version of VOiCE. 

Designed from the ground up, the updated system is based on the refreshed National Standards for Community Engagement and feedback from VOiCE users across the country.

We hope you like the new site and appreciate the new functions, the appearance and the usability of the tool to support your community engagement.

We have made some changes to the structure and the appearance of VOiCE but we haven’t lost the core questions and you will see they are very familiar.

What you need to do

Due to significant changes and improvements, we've not been able to transfer current VOiCE records or accounts across to the new system. This means that you need to create a new account and cut and paste your information into the new system.

VOiCE remains completely free for individuals and organisations working in Scotland, with a small subscription for those outwith.
